Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of business strategy and consultation services provided by ENIA, LLC hereafter referred to as "the Company".

1. Consultation Services:

  • The Company agrees to provide business strategy and consultation services as agreed upon with the client.

  • All consultations and advice provided are based on the information given by the client. The Company is not responsible for the results of the client’s decisions based on the consultation.

 

2. Payment:

  • Payment for consultation services is due as agreed upon between the client and the Company.

  • Payment can be made via credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Tap to Pay on mobile, and PayPal.

  • In the event of late payment, the Company reserves the right to charge interest at the maximum rate allowed by law per month on the outstanding amount.

 

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

  • Cancellation or rescheduling of consultation appointments must be made at least 24 hours or more in advance.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total consultation fee.

  • The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the client will be notified and offered an alternative appointment.

 

4. Confidentiality:

  • The Company will keep all information shared by the client confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without the client’s consent, except as required by law.

 

5. Limitation of Liability:

  • The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of the consultation services provided.

 

6. Governing Law:

  • These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cobb County.

 

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

  • The Company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Notification of changes will be provided to clients in writing or via email.

By using the business strategy and consultation services provided by the Company, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions in their entirety.
